Quiet spaces / rooms

Essential areas that support not just mental health and neurodivergent attendees, especially when set up with essentials for decompression and supporting the parasympathetic nervous system, but also all health elements, and disabilities. These spaces should also always be supervised, as thus us an essential part of safeguarding potentially vulnerable adults. A quiet room cannot be called a safe space unless it is supervised by qualified mental health, neurodiversity professionals.
