Train your team on how to respond and manage people in crisis or under pressure - at the lowest level this could be as simple about having a plan and communicating it. Or it could involve paid for training and pressure cooker environment training.

If your event is family-freindly ensure your staff are trained in safeguarding children and Lost Child protocols.

Have a basic grab bag available incl blankets, water, a cushion and basic supplies.
