Clear your cupboards

Clear down your cupboards and start conciously shopping to replace items used.

A great way to do this is put masking tape over a cupboard door and any time you go into the cupboard to get something take it out and put it back into another cupboard.

 After 2 months, anything left in the cupboard is prime for giving to a new home/recycling.
